Dr. Charnika Elliott is a remarkable individual, known for her diverse roles as a devoted wife, nurturing mother, esteemed educator, visionary entrepreneur, best-selling international author, and empowering life coach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Elementary Education from Roanoke College, a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Christian School from Regent University, and an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree from Bethlehem Bible College and Seminary. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree specializing in Educational Psychology at Regent University, Dr. Elliott’s educational journey reflects her unwavering dedication to learning and growth.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Elliott is a distinguished member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Beta Chi Omega Chapter, actively engaging with her community and advocating for positive change. Recognized for her innate ability to inspire and empower individuals to discover their purpose, she is esteemed as a “Master Teacher” by her peers, drawing upon twenty-five years of experience in the field of education.
As the founder and operator of Noah-Christian Community Center, Inc., and Noah-Christian Academy, Dr. Elliott has dedicated the past sixteen years to fostering hope, nurturing dreams, and building stronger communities, particularly for disadvantaged youth and their families. The names of these organizations pay homage to her two beloved sons, embodying her resilience and commitment to creating lasting impact in their memory.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Elliott serves as the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce Education Liaison and Member Services Advocate, further amplifying her influence in promoting diversity and education within the community. Her role in this capacity underscores her commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and community enrichment.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Dr. Elliott is a licensed and ordained Elder of New Life Christian Fellowship, where she continues to serve with compassion and purpose, embodying her values of faith, leadership, and service.
