  • Represented local municipality with respect to specific union related civil service law Section 75 disciplinary proceedings.
  • Retained by quasi-governmental housing authority to represent in all aspects of litigation including, but not limited to, litigation surrounding federal contracting.
  • Represented private and public entities in commercial and contract disputes and negotiations.
  • Represented Community Development Corporations in the design, development and construction of affordable housing projects.
  • Represented a school district in the design and implementation of multi-million dollar modernization plan.
  • Development M/WBE workforce utilization plan for city school district modernization plan.
  • Represented contractors and subcontractors regarding litigated construction payment disputes.
  • Represented large homeowners’ associations in construction disputes with contractor.
  • Counseled, assisted, and negotiated owners and contractors with bid proposals and proposal evaluations.
  • Represented a national oil refinery in defense of premises liability claims stemming from slip and fall claims, wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, and product defects causing serious and permanent personal injuries.
  • Represented and defended multiple private and public entities in personal injury matters.
  • Represented contractors, subcontractors, and owners in filing, defending against, and foreclosing on mechanics’ liens.
  • Represented nursing home facilities and healthcare providers in lawsuits against the New York State Department of Health.
  • Challenged the scope of a subpoena issued by the New York State Department of Financial Services to law firm.
  • Represented clients during investigations conducted by New York State Attorney General.
  • Represented prior owners of real property sued for injuries suffered by visitors after ownership period.
  • Represented numerous landowners in defense of claims arising out of alleged premises liability.
  • Represented owners of real property sued by employees of general contractor allegedly injured while working at the owners’ property.
