Elder, Dr. Charnika P. Elliott

Charnika Elliott is a wife, mother, educator, entrepreneur, best-selling, international author, and life coach.

She has been married to Byron Elliott for twenty-three years and has three children, Promyss, Joshua and Devante.

Charnika has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Roanoke College with a minor in Elementary Education, a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Christian School from Regent University and an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree from Bethlehem Bible College and Seminary. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Education Program concentrating on Educational Psychology at Regent University.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Beta Chi Omega Chapter. Charnika is gifted and anointed to propel individuals into a life of purpose by building their hope and confidence. She is a well-known and respected educator and motivational speaker, highlighted by her peers as a “Master Teacher.” With twenty-five years of experience in education, for the last sixteen years she has successfully owned, and operated Noah-Christian Community Center, Inc. and Noah-Christian Academy named after her two deceased baby boys.

The organization and Christian school, designed to Build Hope, Build Dreams and Build Community, targets socioeconomically challenged youth and their families.

Charnika is a licensed and ordained Elder of New Life Christian Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop, Dr. Frank H. English. She actively serves in several leadership positions within the church such as administrator, praise & worship team, youth leader and adult Sunday School teacher. She is known as one who wholeheartedly serves the Lord and whose mission is Kingdom Building.

Her diligence and compassion for others highlights her as a beacon of light to all who cross her path. A woman who demonstrates a Faith that Won’t Quit, she has taken her personal tragic experiences and has used them to encourage individuals from all walks of life. Her primary mission is to break generational curses in youth and their families by PLANTING SEEDS OF LIFE!
