Aldrica has a B.A. Education, B.A. Social Work, and M.B.A. Public Policy & Administration starting her career as a Teacher in the most challenging New York school districts by choice – “I always felt that children in dire communities needed the best teachers, and I was one of the best!” Aldrica went on to administrate both public and private educational and human service agencies for over a decade preceding venturing into entrepreneurship.

Through Aldrica’ s leadership as President, her company Accurate Engineering Integrated Construction Services Inc. gained over a decade long track record of consistently outstanding performance evaluations, meeting or exceeding the demanding requirements of commercial, federal, military, and utility customers which include Sempra Energy, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department Veteran Affairs, U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Department of Labor, City of San Diego, San Diego City School District, University of Southern California, State University of San Diego, and the U.S. Dept. of General Services – while facilitating a State-approved Apprenticeship Training Program.

Aldrica has been lauded for her community commitment as well as her business acumen. In addition to the numerous prestigious awards and accolades over two decades which includes U.S. SBA Business Champion of the Year Awards, Top Small Business Place to Work Award, numerous Best in Business Awards, U.S. SBA Business Person of the Year Awards, U.S. SBA Woman-Owned Business of the Year Award, Construction Company of the Year Awards.

U.S. SBA Business of the Year Award, Supplier of the Year award by MBDA, and 2003 Living History Maker Entrepreneur Award by Wells Fargo – Aldrica has been awarded Executive Business Management scholarships sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration to the University of Alaska and the National Minority Supplier Business Development Council to Northwestern University, Chicago. Aldrica has been featured in numerous publications including the covers of the National Business Advisor Magazine and the San Diego Business Journal.

Keeping her educational roots’ never far away, her businesses have established Partnership in Education relationships with educational institutions and provided academic internship programs nationally.

Aldrica has sat on numerous industry, educational, and political boards and advisory committees over the years including Chair of 51st Congressional Small Business Advisory Committee, former Senator Morrow Small Business Committee, former Congressman Duncan Hunter Sr Small Business Committee, National Defense Industrial Association Small Business Committee, and former Congressman Rick Lazio. She is dedicated to the empowerment and uplifting of small diverse businesses, communities, and next generational leaders.

An educator and entrepreneur at heart, since retiring from the construction industry, Aldrica formed NAMCO National Association of Minority Companies Inc which represents and advocates for over 4,000 members nationally. She is also the founder and publisher of award-winning DyNAMC Leaders for a Changing World magazine which is an innovative multimedia platform including print, interactive digital, and audio broadcast on a global scale. The award-winning publication focuses exclusively on global diversity and inclusion issues; and next generational leadership. This highly regarded new media source recognizes the world’s top leaders, corporations, and organizations that have a proven commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equality and is the international media source for comprehensive, content-driven diverse business and diversity and inclusion focused news.

Today, Aldrica continues her vision to make impactful change with the emerge of VASH Veteran Affordable Senior Housing Developers, a real estate development company founded in 2019 aimed primarily at meeting the overwhelming necessity in addressing the nation’s urgent housing affordability need. Aldrica provides leadership in the development, property, and real estate investment to include partnering and teaming with innovative and progressive community stakeholders and invested policymakers to exceed industry benchmarks in design, construction, sustainability, and property management. Never far from giving back, Aldrica has also established VASH Charities and Programs Inc. a not-for-profit organization aimed at community service and social service delivery, and in 2021 she established the Southwest Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce.
