Biz Opps Business Mixers 2023
The Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce organized two Business Mixers on February 23rd, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The first mixer took place in Roanoke, where Biz Pitch presentations were given by Clifton Clark, the owner of Mpower Fitness, and Damon Davis, the owner of DaTruth Photography. Aldrica Lattimore, the Chamber president, and Michael Anderson, the Chamber Public Relations Officer, were also present to engage with guests and network.
The second mixer was held in Danville at the Culture Restaurant and Grill. Cherud Wilkerson, the Chamber’s Northern Virginia Liaison and Board member, traveled from Richmond to meet Chamber members and guests. Cherie Garland, a Chamber Board member, and Ambassador Patrick Garland served as hosts for the event.
The Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce is located at 110 Campbell Ave, SW, Roanoke, Virginia. The mixers provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to network, collaborate, and share their products and services. The event aimed to foster cooperation, strategic planning, and success among Chamber members.
The Meet & Greet Business Mixer at the Culture Restaurant & Grill located at 510 Spring St, Danville, VA, aimed to bring together Chamber members and guests in a relaxed and social setting. It provided a platform for Chamber members to showcase and discuss their products and services.
Overall, these mixers offered valuable networking opportunities and a chance for businesses to connect and support each other within the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce.
