Display Guidelines For Member Digital Decal

1. The Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce Digital Decal must always be an active link to the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce’s Home Page at http://www.swvadiversechamberofcommerce.org.

2. You must be a current Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce member in good standing.

3. The user acknowledges that this Digital Decal consists of a registered trademark owned by the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce and your use is pursuant to the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce’s permission and pursuant to these terms and conditions.

4. You may not alter the Digital Decal or the code provided to display it in any manner, shape or form.

5. You may not display the Digital Decal on any site that disparages the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce or its products or services.

6. You may not display the Digital Decal in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce.

7. The Digital Decal may not be displayed as a feature or design element of any logo.

8. These policies do not grant a license to Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce logos or trademarks. The Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate or modify permission to display the Digital Decal at any time. The Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Policies, infringes any Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable law.
