Instructions for creating an event account on the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce website as a food truck vendor:

1. Visit the Virginia Diverse Chamber of Commerce website.
2. Go to the menu section and locate the “Member Only” tab.
3. Click on the “Food Truck Vendors” option within the “Member Only” section.
4. Look for the WordPress logo and click on it to register for the site.
5. Create a unique username for your account.
6. Fill in the registration form with the required information and complete the registration process.
7. You will receive a password sent directly to the email address you provided during registration. Keep this password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
8. Once you receive the password, proceed to log in to your account using your username and the password provided.
9. After logging in, go to the “Member Only” tab.
10. Click on “Food Truck Vendors” to access the vendor dashboard.
11. To add your event, look for the option to “Add New Event” and click on it.
12. Pay $25.00 per calendar event submission, which is non-refundable. To submit multiple events, adjust the quantity accordingly. After payment, proceed to the Member Only tab and navigate to the Food Truck Calendar section to ADD a NEW Event.
13. Follow the instructions to fill in the necessary information in the insert boxes provided, such as event details, date, time, location, and any other relevant information.
14. Make sure to save your changes after entering all the required event details.
