Douglas Phason is a distinguished leader in the field of government relations and supplier diversity, currently serving as the Founder and President of the Phason Group. One of Mr. Phason’s notable engagements was with Elite Service Disabled Veteran-owned Businesses (SDVOB), where he provided valuable support in coordinating complex and technical analyses on regulatory matters. His efforts helped elevate the organization’s mission and enhance the services provided to its chapters and members on a national scale. Additionally, Mr. Phason holds the role of Vice President of Government Relations and External Affairs at the National Association of Minority Companies, Inc. (NAMCO), where he continues to make a positive impact through his advocacy and strategic leadership.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Phason served as the Supplier Diversity Officer at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), where he played a pivotal role in promoting supplier diversity initiatives.
