With a background in the U.S. Navy as an FMF Corpsman, where he served for 7 years, Mark developed a strong sense of discipline and commitment to service. He went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Brownsville with a bachelor’s degree in Business, specializing in Management.
Driven by the belief that true financial freedom is attainable for those who are willing to put in the effort, Mark has pursued a career focused on empowering individuals to take control of their finances. His professional journey has seen him working as a Financial Advisor at AXA Advisors and as a Branch Manager at Gulf Winds Credit Union. Currently, Mark serves as a Financial Wellbeing Coach at Operation HOPE, where he specializes in Personal Credit and Small Business Coaching.
With a wealth of experience in one-on-one financial counseling, workshop facilitation, budget creation, and financial assessment, Mark is dedicated to equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to secure their financial future. Additionally, as a published author with several short stories to his credit, he brings a unique perspective and creative approach to his work.
